It advocates and works for a society where the promotion of the people's economic, social and cultural rights will bring about national prosperity and well-being.

HEAD struggles for a society where the State ensures the effective delivery of basic social services especially to the basic masses. It pushes for a quality health care system that is mass-based, scientific, and free from foreign and local monopoly control.
